Since 2022, Rentz Group has partnered with the Institute of International Education on national programs including the Boren Awards, Language Flagship, and Project GO — directly engaging more than 800 students, cadets, and campus stakeholders across 35+ colleges and universities nationwide. We build long-term relationships with ROTC units, international education offices, and student organizations, turning a single campus visit into an ongoing partnership.
We help federally sponsored and institutional programs reach the students who benefit most from them, including underrepresented and underserved populations. Our strategy work spans conference representation, campus-level relationship building, and recruitment materials review, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time in the application cycle.
Our one-on-one advisement has helped applicants navigate competitive national scholarship and fellowship processes from first inquiry through submission, including guidance that has produced Boren Scholarship recipients and Project GO study-abroad placements in countries such as Tanzania, Taiwan, and Vietnam.
We represent client programs at national conferences and symposiums, including the Student Veterans of America NATCON, the ACTFL Convention, and the NASPA Symposium on Military-Connected Students, through vendor tabling, information sessions, and direct engagement with attendees.
From federal subcontract deliverables to organizational initiatives, we manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and keep projects moving from planning through completion, with the reporting discipline built through years of supporting federally sponsored programs.
Led by our Operations team, we plan and coordinate events of all sizes, from campus information sessions to national conferences, managing logistics, communications, and on-the-ground execution so every event runs smoothly from start to finish.
We provide the monthly progress reports, trip reports, and deliverable documentation required to keep federally sponsored subcontracts in compliance, built on years of experience supporting U.S. Department of War-sponsored programs administered through the Institute of International Education.

Our nutrition and wellness coaching is grounded in evidence-based practice from Dr. Petita Rentz, a Certified Nutrition Coach and Behavioral Coach Specialist with a PhD in Health Education and Promotion. Rather than quick fixes, our coaching focuses on sustainable habits that support long-term health.
We provide American Red Cross CPR certification training, preparing individuals, teams, and organizations to respond confidently and effectively in a medical emergency.
